摘要
分析了输电线路铁塔表面锈蚀等级划分的必要性,介绍了锈蚀等级划分相关的4个标准体系。对锈蚀输电线路铁塔表面的锈蚀等级划分进行了探讨,提出了根据底材表面类型,并结合整体锈蚀和局部锈蚀程度进行等级划分的方法。通过锈蚀等级的划分可以评估输电线路铁塔维修的紧迫性,确定有效的表面处理方法。
The necessity of rusting grade classification of transmission line steel tower was analyzed in this paper, and four standard systems related with the rusting grade classification were introduced. The rusting grade classification of transmission line steel towers was discussed and corresponding classification method was put forward based on the whole corrosion degree and the local corrosion degree for different material surface. Rusting grade classification could be helpful for evaluation of maintenance pressure and determination of the effective surface treatment methods.
