摘要
分析了碳钢太阳能贮热水箱防腐涂层失效的原因。针对水箱中高湿热腐蚀环境,介绍了涂层在热水、溶解氧及腐蚀性氯离子等影响因素作用下发生的鼓泡、脱落、湿附着力丧失等现象。结合失效机理,提出了相关的防腐蚀对策。
The reasons of the loss of anti-corrosion ability of coatings on the hot water tanks made by carbon steel are analyzed. The bubbling, flaking, loss of wet adhesion and et al of the coating film occurred under the action of hot water, dissolved oxygen, corrosive chlorium and et al are introduced. The relative contermeasurements are proposed based on the anti-corrosive mechanisms.
