摘要
以CATIA的二次开发平台CAA为平台,对钣金检测规划系统的功能进行完善,增加了检验信息的三维表示功能,使检验工人能够更加直观的知道所检的特征及特征的信息,实现了整个检测系统的闭环设计,使检测规划过程与三维数字化模型有效衔接,提高了生产效率和检验质量。
This subject is mainly based on CAA secondary development platform CATIA, to improve the sheet metal inspection planning system function, and add the three-dimensional representation of function inspection information. It makes the inspection workers can know characteristics and the information of features more intuitively, and the closed loop design of the whole system has been realized. The inspection planning process effectively connected 3D digital model, and improved production efficiency and quality inspection.
