摘要
针对传统手工杏核去壳器件费力、杏仁易破碎的缺陷,文章从设备设计的角度提出了小型杏核脱壳机的设计方案。同时,还介绍了采用圆柱凸轮进行筛选,用刮板破碎的方式使杏核的仁、壳分装,能解决杏核因尺寸不同导致的破碎率不高的问题,此设计方案为杏壳的破碎提供了一个很好的思路。
Be aimed at the flaws of traditional handmade almond shell device laborious, almond easily broken, the paper put forward a design scheme of small almond hulling equipment from the design point of view.At the same time, also introduces the use of cylindrical cam were selected, using scraper breaking way of making apricot kernel, apricot shell packaging, can be solved because of the crushing size caused by different rate is not high, the design scheme, provides a good way for apricot shell crushing.
