摘要
本实验采用硝酸高压密封消解的方法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体光谱法对泰州市售鱼及鱼丸中的硼含量进行测定,结果表明,该方法在0~1.0 mg/L的范围内呈良好的线性,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.016 mg/kg,具有较高的灵敏度,为鱼及鱼丸中硼元素本底值的判定提供参考依据。
The samples were digested by HNO3 in high-pressure closed-vessel, in order to determine the content of boron in fish and fish balls from Taizhou by ICP. The results indicated that the method had high sensitivity with low detection limit 0.016 mg/kg, a good linearity was also obtained in the range ofO-l.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient 0.9999. This investigation provided judgment basis for the boron background values in fish and fish balls.
