摘要
基于团队沟通理论建构模型,探索高管团队沟通对决策绩效的作用机制,同时检验环境动态性的调节作用。对140家企业高管团队的589份有效问卷的实证研究结果表明:沟通频率、沟通氛围以及非正式沟通均对决策绩效产生显著的正向影响;环境动态性正向调节了沟通氛围、非正式沟通与决策绩效之间的关系,而在沟通频率与决策绩效的关系中发挥了负向调节作用。
The decision-making performance largely depends on the communication of Top management team(TMT). At present, really few research make an inquiry about the effects of TMT communication on the decision-making performance, and fail to give a reasonable explanation about under what conditions TMT communication can achieve better decision-making performance. Based on the team communication theory, this study examines the effects of TMT communication on the decision-making performance, and tests the moderating role of environmental dynamism. The findings from 589 questionnaires from 140 firm TMTs indicate that communication frequency, communication climate and informal communication have positive effects on the decision-making performance. Environmental dynamism positively moderates the relationship between communication climate, informal communication and the decision-making performance, but has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between communication frequency and the decision-making performance.
