摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对鼻内镜手术后患者的应用效果。方法随机抽取2012年1月~2012年12月987例鼻内镜手术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的舒适度评分及焦虑发生率。结果实验组患者舒适度评分（8.02±0.55）分,焦虑发生率13.79%;对照组患者舒适度评分（6.12±0.58）分,焦虑发生率为24.09%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论舒适护理有助于提高鼻内镜手术患者术后的舒适程度,降低其不良情绪,是一种较好的护理方法 。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on endoscopic sinus surgery patients.Methods During the whole year of 2012,987 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received comfort care.The two groups were compared in the score of comfort and the incidence of anxiety.Re- suits The experimental group patients got 8.02±0.55 in the score of comfort and the incidence of anxiety was 13.79% , while the control group patients got 6.12±0.58 and the incidence of anxiety was 24.09% ,both data showing statistically significant difference（ P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Comfort Care helps to improve comfort and reduce negative emotions in patients after surgery with nasal endoscopy.
