摘要
目的分析鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者实施舒适护理的临床价值。方法方便选择该院自2016年4月—2017年5月期间收治的鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者62例,分组依据护理模式不同均分两组。运用基础护理措施的31例手术患者为参照组,运用舒适护理的31例手术患者为研究组,最后将其总体护理效果进行判定。结果经实施舒适护理、基础护理措施,比对两组患者的满意度,研究组(96.8%)高于参照组(71.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,比对两组患者的生活质量评分,研究组物质生活(37.22±1.35)分、躯体功能(41.39±2.52)分、心理功能(26.82±1.19)分和社会功能(22.25±2.06)分较比参照组(25.72±1.21)分、(30.53±3.29)分、(14.76±1.07)分、(18.32±1.15)分更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者实施舒适护理,患者的满意度会明显提升,其术后的生活质量也可以有所改善,可在临床上进一步普及和实践。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical value of nasal endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction in patients with comfort nursing.Methods 62 patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction surgery from April 2016 to May 2017 in this hospital were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing modes.31 patients who underwent basic nursing interventions were selected as the reference group,and 31 patients undergoing comfortable nursing were selected as the study group.Finally,the overall nursing effect was evaluated.Results After comfortable nursing and basic nursing were implemented,the satisfaction rate of the two groups was higher in the study group(96.8%)than in the reference group(71.0%).The differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the scores of physical life(37.22±1.35)points,body function(41.39±2.52)points,mental function(26.82±1.19)points and social function(22.25±2.06)points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the two groups(25.72±1.21)points,(30.53±3.29)points,(14.76±1.07)points and(18.32±1.15)points respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction of patients with comfort care,patient satisfaction will be significantly improved,and its postoperative quality of life can be improved,and can be further popularized in practice.
