摘要
雷公藤是我国中医药学中常用的中草药,具有毒性,在民间使用常见中毒事件发生,是近半个世纪以来在中医药学领域研究,发生中毒事件最多的中草药之一。本文结合文献复习并对雷公藤中主要有毒成分的提取、检测研究进行综述,旨在为建立一种简单、快速、准确的分析检测方法提供参考。
Tripterygium wilfordii, a common Chinese herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,has many common poisoning incidents in the folk. It is also one of the most popular traditional Chinese medicine poisoned nearly in half of a century. This paper reviewed the extraction of the main toxic components,the detection of the main toxic components in order to provide reference and basis for establish a simple and accurate method.
