摘要
目的:观察心脏再同步化治疗的临床效果。方法:通过植入Medtronic InsyncⅢ8042起搏器,使右室及左室电极同步起搏左右心室,术后3个月、6个月、12个月时复查心功能各项参数。结果:起搏器植入后心电图QRS波时限160ms。患者接受CRT后观察至12个月心衰症状明显减轻,生活质量明显改善。结论:进行心脏同步治疗可以在特定的心衰人群中降低死亡率,提高患者生活质量,同时通过这1例患者也说明精心护理是对患者进行心脏再同步化治疗成功的重要保证。
Objective： Observe cardiac resynchronization therapy clinical effect. Methods： The implants Medtronic Insync III 8042 pacemakers, the ar and left entricular electrode left ventricles pacing, synchronization, after 3 months, 6 months, 12 months the various parameters cardiac function. Results： After the pacemaker implantation electrocardiogram QRS complex time limit 160 ms. Patients received after CRT observation to 12 months heart failure symptoms significantly reduce, the quality of life improved obviously.
