摘要
心脏再同步治疗 ( CRT)是一项有前途的治疗心脏病的新技术 ,它是借助于起搏技术使严重的房室传导阻滞或心室内传导功能障碍患者原固有的心脏循环同步状态得以恢复的方法。本文分别从原理、方法、心房再同步治疗、心室再同步治疗及临床效果等方面概述了该技术的研究现状及进展 ,旨在为临床治疗提供客观依据。
Cardiac resynchronization is a promising new technology for treating heart disease,and refers to pacing techniques that changes the degree of atrial and ventricular electromechanical asynchrony in patients with major atrial and ventricular conduction disorders.This article controduced its current status and progress of cardiac resynchronization therapy, including principle, method,atrial resynchronization,ventricular resynchronization and clinical results,and to provide objective according for clinical therapeutics.
