摘要
高校辅导员具有双重身份,是开展大学生思想政治工作的骨干力量,对于学生的成长、人才的培养和社会稳定起到重要作用。分析高校辅导员校内职级制的必要性与可行性,以及实行职级制的关键因素,指出从绩效考评、完善考核与薪酬制度、增强岗位的吸引力三个方面具体实施。
College counselors have a dual identity,which is the backbone of college students' ideological and political work and plays an important role in cultivating students' growth and ensuring the social stability. The article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the college counselor rank system and the key factors to implement the rank system which should be put into practice from three aspects of basic elements of performance evaluation,the system of assessment and compensation and the attraction of the job.
