高校辅导员“职级制”发展路径构建浅析——以成都中医药大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 高等医学教育的目的是培养高素质的医学专业人才。学生的理想信念、道德价值观、专业知识理论、技能培养等成长过程中,辅导员扮演着重要的角色。专业化职业化的辅导员队伍打造势在必行。本文以"职级制"为视角,探索在辅导员队伍建设中,建立"五级"职员与"三级"职称相结合的职级制,使岗位与职称在待遇、绩效考核等方面匹配,将辅导员发展路径明确为两条,结合"业绩能力"和"工龄积累",匹配相应的岗位与职称职级,缓解辅导员职业倦怠感,使辅导员增强职业认同感,发展有空间,不断提升职业素养,促进辅导员专业化职业化发展,保障辅导员队伍稳定。 The purpose of higher medical education is to train high-quality medical professionals.Counselors play an important role in cultivating students’ideals and beliefs,moral values,expertise in theories and skills.It is imperative to build a team of professional counselors.Taking the"rank system"as a perspective,this paper explores the establishment of a rank system combining"level 5"posts and"level 3"titles in the construction of the ranks of counselors,so that the posts and titles can be matched in terms of treatment and performance assessment.The development path of counselors is clearly defined as two,combining"performance ability"and"seniority accumulation"to give counselors the corresponding positions and professional titles,thus strengthening their professional identity,relieving their job burnout,developing space,and continuously improving professional literacy.The purpose of which is to promote the professional development of counselors and to guarantee the stability of counselor construction.
