摘要
文章简要介绍了哈佛大学、北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学4所研究型大学研究生助教制度建立的背景,从管理机构及职责、上岗要求及职责、岗位待遇、岗位申请及审批程序、岗位考核及培训等几个方面对4所学校的研究生助教制度进行了对比分析,并提出对我国高校研究生助教制度的若干启示与思考。
The paper brieftly introduces the establishment background of graduate assistantship in four research universities such as Harvard University,Perking University,Tsinghua University,Renmin University,the paper compares and analyzes the graduate assistantship in four universities from the following aspects：mangement organization and duty,post requirement and duty,post treatment,post apply and vetting procedure,post evaluation,and training,etc.And the paper puts forward some revelation and consideration about graduate assistantship in Chinese colleges and universities.
