受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体是一类高表达于多种肿瘤细胞的膜受体蛋白,可促进肿瘤的增殖、生长与转移。由于受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用,其有望成为肿瘤免疫治疗的靶点。本文重点就受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体家族的蛋白结构、体内功能,以及靶向该蛋白的肿瘤免疫疗法等最新研究进展进行了综述。
