摘要
基于区域熔炼提纯原理,利用自制的区域熔炼炉区域熔炼16道次提纯Te。结果表明,在高纯氮气气氛保护下,感应线圈输出功率分别为13.0、12.5、11.5kW,控制熔区移动速度为1.5~2.0mm/min,熔区宽度为25~50mm时,杂质总含量可从1.41×10-2%降低至2.8×10-4%,11种杂质元素的含量显著降低,降低幅度为1~3个数量级,产品Te的纯度由约4N提纯至约6N。
Based on the purification theory of zone refining, tellurium was purified for 16 zone passes by self-prepared zone refining furnace. The results show that under protection of high pure nitrogen, with the output power of induction coil of 13.0, 12.5 and 11.5 kW, respectively, and the zone movable speed of 1.5~2.0 mm ·min-1 as well as zone length of 25~50 mm, the impurities content is reduced from 1.41 × 10-2 % to 2.8× 10-4 %. The contents of eleven kinds of impurities are reduced sharply, and com- pared with each original content, it can be decreased by 3 orders of magnitude at most and 1 order at least, respectively. Finally, the purity of tellurium reaches from 4 N to 6 N.
