摘要
由于各种智能信息技术在教育中的应用,造就了一种具有智慧特征的教育形态,即智慧教育。它是多种智能信息技术与教育深度融合的产物,是未来教育信息化发展的一个重要方向。智慧教育是具有智能化、个性化、多元化和生态化等特征的新型教育形态。世界各国从不同角度强调转变教师观念、提升信息技术教学应用能力、建构智慧教育环境、开发数字教材和开展智慧型学习活动等是实施和推进智慧教育的有效途径。国际上有关智慧教育的研究和实践对我国开展智慧教育具有重要的借鉴意义。
As the application of all kinds of smart information technologies in education, one education form, which is characterized as kind of intelligence, has been promoted is the ＂smart education＂. It is the product of deep integration between a variety of smart information technologies and education. It is also an important trend for the future development of ICT in education. Smart education is a new education form with intelligent, personalized, diversified and ecological features. Countries around the world, from different perspectives, emphasize that the effective ways to implement and promote smart education are to change teachers＂ traditional understanding about education, enhance the ability of teaching with the application of information technology, construct the smart educational environment, develop digital textbooks and implement smart learning activities. Their respective researches and practices on smart education provide important enlightenments to education in China.
