摘要
独立学院转设政策执行的关键是产权问题,但独立学院产权的明晰与规范是一个涉及政策、理论等多层面的复杂问题,是一个渐进的过程。探索混和所有制对促进独立学院的快速发展具有重要的现实意义,要探索混和所有制形式,主要在于实现多方的合力,引导政府等参与办学。
The property problem is the key to the transfer policy for independent college. How to keep a clear and regulated property is a very complicated problem which is related to the fields of policy, theory and other factors. It is also a gradual process. An important way in the research of mixed ownership form is to realize the resultant force and guide the government to participate in the process of school running. We need to explore the mixed ownership form so as to promote the development of the independent college.
