摘要
介绍了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法（ICP-AES）测定铝锰钛合金中的磷含量的试验方法。试样经湿法处理后,通过一系列试验,选择适宜的仪器工作条件进行测定,该方法的回收率在95%～102%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3%,满足了生产要求。
It is introduced the test method to determine phosphorous content in aluminum-manganese-titanium alloy with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The determination is conducted after the sample being wet treated,the suitable instrument work conditions being selected based on a series of test.The recovery rate of this method is within 95 to 102 percent,the relative standard deviation smaller than 3percent.
