摘要
新中国成立以来,河南区域经济协调发展经历了初步摸索、萌芽形成、持续推进、加速提升到全域深化的演进历程,取得了显著的成效,但仍存在强点不强、弱点较弱、先发不足、后发难发等突出问题。在经济新常态背景下,要按照"点轴带动、组团融合、分类指导、整体提升"的思路,强化规划引领、分类调控、区别施策,促进区域经济发展由低水平协调向高水平协调提升,打造河南经济的升级版。
Since the founding of new China, the coordinated development of regional economy in Henan had experienced the evolution of preliminary grope, bud formation, continuous progress, accelerating promotion and global deepening, and made remarkable achievements, but there are still some obvious issues. Under the background of China＇s Economy New Normal, in order to promote the level of coordination of regional economic development from low to high, to create the upgrade version of Henan economy, we should follow such mentality： the ＂point--axis driven, group integration, classification guidance, enhancing the overall＂ ideas, and strengthen planning guidance, classify regulation and distinguish policy measures.
