摘要
本文将能源消耗指标和污染排放指标纳入区域经济增长的模型当中,通过结合空间地理因素和时间变动因素,利用2000-2010年的面板数据,考察了能源消耗、污染排放与经济增长之间的动态关系,研究结果表明:我国各省GDP产出呈现出明显的空间集聚现象,即东部地区最高,中部和东北地区次之,西部地区最低;我国能源消耗量与污染排放量对经济增长的推动作用不明显,能源利用效率低下,污染排放严重;人力资本、资本存量和城市化率对经济增长的推动作用较为明显。
This paper put the index of energy consumption and pollution discharge into the regional economic growth model,by combining the factors of spatial geography and time changes and using the panel data of 2000-2010 years in 31 provinces of China,analyzing the dynamic relationship between the energy consumption and pollution emission and economic growth.The results show that:(1) The GDP output in different provinces displaying obvious spatial gather phenomena,i.e.,the highest in eastern,central and northeastern region is the second smallest,and the western region minimum.(2) The influence of energy consumption and pollution emissions to economic growth is not apparent,energy efficiency is low,the pollution is serious.(3) Human capital,capital and the urbanization rate have played a obvious role in economic growth.
