摘要
本文首先从产业结构高度化和合理化两方面分析了产业结构变迁影响生态效率的理论机理,其次结合包含环境因素的C-D生产函数和成本函数构建数理模型,并运用空间计量方法对长江经济带城市群2006-2014年77个地级市数据进行实证检验。研究发现,整体而言,长江经济带生态效率存在正向空间外溢效应,产业结构高级化、合理化对生态效率具有促进作用;分区域来看,长三角、长中游城市群产业结构变迁对生态效率的影响均存在空间溢出效应,而成渝城市群仅存在本地效应,黔中滇中城市群产业结构变迁对生态效率的影响并不显著。最后本文提出了提升长江经济带城市群生态效率的相关政策建议。
This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of industrial structure change affecting ecoefficiency.Combining the C-D production function and cost function with environmental factors,this paper analyzes the mathematical model.Then this paper uses spatial measurement method to analyze the Yangtze River economic zone with the date from 77 cities in 2006-2014.The research shows that:On the whole,there is a positive spatial spillover effect in the eco-efficiency of the Yangtze River economic zone,and the industrial structure change has a positive effect on eco-efficiency.In the urban agglomeration,there are spatial spillover effects on the eco-efficiency of the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta and the Yangtze River Middle Reaches,while the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration only has local effects,and in the Central Guizhou Urban Agglomeration,the Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration,the impact of industrial structure change on ecological efficiency is not significant.Finally,the paper puts forward the relevant policy suggestions to enhance the ecological efficiency of the the Yangtze River.
