摘要
目的探究眼针疗法治疗脑梗死偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年4月—2014年4月收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者90例,随机分为3组,其中常规组30例,予以康复治疗如理疗、肢体功能训练等,15 d为1疗程,治疗2个疗程;对照组30例,对照组应用体针治疗,选取百会、四神聪、曲池、外关、合谷、环跳、阳陵泉、足三里、昆仑等穴位,15 d为1疗程,治疗2个疗程;实验组30例,在体针治疗的基础上加以眼针疗法,取穴为患侧的上焦区、下焦区,用眶外刺法治疗,15 d为1疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,对治疗前后患者神经功能进行评定。结果治疗后患者病情均有所好转,但是应用眼针与体针结合治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效更为突出,常规组的总有效率为75.0%,对照组的总有效率为87.5%,实验组的总有效率为94.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对3组患者进行神经功能缺损评分量表评分,实验组与对照组均优于常规组,且实验组效果更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼针疗法可加强人体整体的调节作用,改善脏腑气机,活血通经行气滑利关节,能有效治疗肢体运动障碍,明显改善脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体和神经功能恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of eye acupuncture treatment of stroke paralysis. Methods The 90 cases of patients with stroke paralysis were selected who were admitted to our hospital from Apr/1,2013 to April,2014 and were randomly divided into 3 groups-30 cases in general group, and was given rehabilitation treatment such as physiotherapy and limb function training, 15 days was a course, and there were two courses in a treatment;30 cases in the control group. The control group applied acupuncture treatment, points such as baihui, sishencong, quchi, waiguan, hegu, huantiao, yan- glingquan,zusanli, and Kunlun were selected, 15 days was a course, and there were two courses in a treatment;30 cases in experiment group and was given eye acupuncture treatment on the basis of body acupuncture treatment, points in the upper and lower jiao zone on the affected side were selected, and needling method outside the orbital was used for treatment, half a month was a course of treatment and there were two courses in a treatment. After treatment, nerve functions of patients were assessed before and after treatment. Results The conditions of patients were all improved after treatment, while the effect of the combination of eye acupuncture treatment and body acupuncture treatment was more obviously, the total effective rate of the general group was 75 %, total effective rate of control group was 87.5 %, total effective rate of experiment group was 94 %, the difference has statistic meaning （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; neural function defect assessment of patients in three group after treatment were conducted, experiment group and control group were superior to general group, and the effect of the experiment group was more obviously, the difference had statistic meaning （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Eye acupuncture can strengthen the function of regulation of the human body, improve viscera qi activity, menstruation and qi and smooth the arthrosis, and effectively improve body movement neural functional recovery in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. invigorate the blood disorders, obviously and circulation of improve body and
