适应大规模风电接入的发电计划不确定性处理方法分析 被引量:9

摘要 发电计划编制是电力调度工作的主要内容之一,对电网安全经济运行具有重要意义。风力发电受自然因素影响具有随机波动特性,大规模风电接入显著增加了电网制定发电计划的难度。针对大规模风电接入对传统发电计划方法的挑战,基于风电功率的描述方式,分析并评述了增加额外旋转备用、基于场景的随机规划、鲁棒优化3种主要方法的特点及其优缺点,提出开展研究急待解决的问题,以期为适应大规模风电接入的发电计划不确定性研究提供参考。 As main content of electric power dispatching, generation scheduling plays an important role in power grid for security and economic operation. The increasing integration of wind energy brings new challenges to the generation scheduling due to its randomness. Based on the descriptive manner of wind power, this paper analysis and review the characteristics of three different methods: reserve requirements, stochastic programming and robust optimization. Furthermore, some aspects that need to be urgently solved are proposed. This paper hopes to provide reference to the study of uncertainly management technology for large-scale wind power integration in generation scheduling.
