摘要
我国职业体育领域内的腐败犯罪扭曲了体育自由市场的运行,阻碍了体育产业的正常发展,影响了体育职能部门提供体育公共服务的能力和信誉。从腐败犯罪产生的主客方面,探讨我国体育领域腐败犯罪产生的具体成因。通过对体育腐败犯罪的主客观因素分析,认为体育腐败产生的客观成因主要受到体育行权权力过于集中、法律规范缺失和不良运动生态环境3个方面的影响,主观原因主要在于拜金主义、投机心理和职业道德规制不足。
In the field of professional sports corruption has distorted the operation of sports free market,hindered the normal development of sports industry,and affected the ability and credit of sport function department which provide sport public services.This paper will discuss and analyze the specific causes of professional sports corruption in terms of subjective and objective factors.The objective factors of sports corruption are mainly affected by the excessive centralization of sport administrative power,shortage of laws and regulations and adverse sports ecological environment,while subjective factors are influenced by money worship,speculating mentality and lack of professional ethics regulations.
