摘要
目的探讨基于跨理论模型的护理干预对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的影响。方法将214例2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组108例采用常规治疗及常规护理;实验组106例在常规治疗的基础上实施跨理论模型护理干预,干预6个月后比较两组患者血糖控制情况及心功能指标。结果实验组患者血糖控制水平明显优于对照组(P<0.01);心功能较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论基于跨理论模型的护理干预能有效控制2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的血糖,改善患者的心功能。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on transtheoretical model in diabetic patients with heart failure. Methods Totally,214 cases of type 2 diabetic patients complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. A total of 108 patients in the control group received conventional treatment and nursing care,while 106 patients in the experimental group received nursing intervention on the basis of traustheoretical model. Blood glucose control level and cardiac function of patients in two groups were compared at 6 months after intervention. Results The blood glucose control level and heart function in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention based on transtheoretieal model can effectively control blood glucose and improve heart function of type 2 diabetie patients with heart failure.
