摘要
目的探讨早期康复治疗在糖尿病性脑卒中患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月收治的88例糖尿病性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机表法分为实验组(应用早期康复治疗方法)和对照组(应用常规治疗方法),每组44例.分析两组治疗前后的空腹血糖水平、运动功能评分以及临床治疗效果.结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖水平、运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组空腹血糖水平为(4.7±0.5)mmol/L、运动功能评分为(97.7±2.2)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组总有效率为95.5%(42/44),明显高于对照组的81.8%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论糖尿病性脑卒中患者采用早期康复治疗的临床效果显著.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation treatment for patients with diabetic stroke.Methods 88 patients with diabetic stroke admitted from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into an experimental group(applying early rehabilitation treatment)and a control group(applying conventional treatment)according to the number random table method,with 44 cases in each group.The fasting blood glucose levels,motor function scores and clinical treatment effects of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Results Before treatment,the differences in the fasting blood glucose level and motor function score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the fasting blood glucose level of the experimental group was(4.7±0.5)mmol/L and the motor function score was(97.7±2.2)points,which were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.5%(42/44),which was significantly higher than the control group's 81.8%(36/44),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment for diabetic stroke patients has significant clinical effects.
