摘要
                
                    汽车的转向机构一般应用传统的确定性优化方法设计,没有考虑不确定因素对汽车运动轨迹的影响。然而,不确定因素破坏了转向机构的运动轨迹,加重了轮胎的磨损。为了减小不确定性运动误差对车辆整车性能的影响,应用响应面模型建立了某型车整体式转向机构的多目标稳健设计模型。通过与原车数据的对比分析,得出该方法改善了汽车的整车性能,提高了各优化目标的稳健性。
                
                Existing steering-mechanism design of vehicles usually uses the conventional optimal method which is deterministic without considering the influence of motion trajectory due to the uncertainties. However, the uncertainties interfere the movement trajectory and the early tire wear increases. A multi-objective robust-design model was built to decrease the uncertainties interference by using response surface models. The robustness of optimized objective and vehicle performance is improved by comparing the data with before ones.
