摘要 以某低速车制动钳为研究对象,建立了制动钳的三维模型,并对制动钳进行了刚度和模态分析。为了实现制动钳的轻量化,并减少制动钳在使用时产生的噪声,采用了变密度拓扑优化方法,建立了以柔度最小为优化目标、单元密度为变量、制动钳的刚度和模态为约束条件的拓扑优化数学模型。优化后的制动钳在满足使用条件的前提下模态频率避开了产生噪声概率高的区域,同时钳体的质量减轻了11.41%,达到了轻量化的目的。 Taking the brake caliper of a low-speed vehicle as the research object,a three-dimensional model of the brake caliper was established,and the stiffness and modal analysis of the brake caliper were carried out.In order to realize the lightweight of brake calipers and reduce the noise generated during the use of brake calipers,the variable density topology optimization method was adopted.A mathematical model of topology optimization was established,which took the minimum flexibility as the optimization objective,the unit density as the variable,and the stiffness and mode of brake calipers as the constraints.After optimization,the modal frequency of the brake caliper can avoid the area with high noise probability under the premise of meeting the use conditions,and the mass of the brake caliper can be reduced by 11.41%,thus achieving the purpose of lightweight.
