摘要
目的分析中医活血化瘀治疗早期肝硬化的效果。方法患者煎服中药活血化瘀基础药方,以3个月为一个疗程,服用一个疗程后对患者的临床资料进行分析。结果本组32例,治疗效果为显效的有8(5%),治疗效果为有效的人数为20(62.5%),治疗效果无效的有6(12.5%),治疗效果的总有效人数为28(87.5%)。结论中医在治疗早期肝硬化方面有着良好的效果。
Objective To analysis the therapy effect of Traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu for early cirrhosis. Methods The patients were treated with Decoction of Huoxuehuayu prescription basis, up to 3 months for a course of treatment, analysed the clinical data of patients taking a course. Results Of the 32 patients, the treatment effect was markedly effective 8（5%）, the effect of treatment was effective for the number 20（62.5%）, invalid 6 therapeutic effect（12.5%）, the total effective number of treatment effect of 28（87.5%）. Conclusion The Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the treatment of early cirrhosis.
