摘要
目的观察甘遂散脐敷结合中药灌肠治疗肝腹水诱发的氮质血症的临床疗效。方法设立治疗组(对症治疗+甘遂脐敷贴+中药保留灌肠)和对照组(对症治疗+肥皂水灌肠),观察及检测治疗6个月前后腹水消减、肾功能、肝脾超声学指标、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、心房利纳肽含量的变化。结果治疗组在消减腹水,改善肝肾功能,降低肝脾超声学指标、降低肾素-血管紧张素系统和心房利纳肽水平较对照组有显著差异。结论甘遂散脐敷结合中药灌肠治疗肝腹水诱发的氮质血症可能通过降低肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮、心房利纳肽水平,改善血流动力学发挥作用。
Objective Euphorbia the Clinical efficacy and safety of gansui scattered umbilical apply combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment of the high blood urea nitrogen. Methods Adopts the principle of randomized double-blind group, two different treatment measures： the control group （A） ： symptomatic treatment ＋ soap water enema; Experimental group （B） ： symptomatic treatment ＋ euphorbia gansui umbilical sticking ＋ Chinese medicine retention enema. Observation and detection the liver cirrhosis ascites, liver function, the kidney function change, biochemical index level, the levels of RAAS anf ANP in six month later. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 87. 56% , better than the control group of 46.33% and the biochemical index lower than the control group. Conclusion The euphorbia gansni scattered umbilical applying combined traditional Chinese medicine enema can play a role througt reducing the renin, angiotensin and aldosterone, atrial peptide levels, improving blood flow dynamics.
