摘要
采用理论分析、实测分析、数值模拟、类比分析研究方法综合确定了两种型号液压支架混合配套所能实现的工作面合理斜长,并从支架布置方式、设备尺寸配套、围岩控制、通风风量、技术经济效益等方面对加长工作面进行了综合分析。研究结果表明,加长工作面合理斜长为250m;支架布置方式为支护强度大的支架位于工作面中部,而支护强度小的支架位于工作面两端;在保持煤壁平直、刮板输送机平直的条件下,应允许两种支架前立柱柱窝有前后150mm的错距。若采用加长工作面后,应注重围岩控制,且通风量保持为4056.9m3/min,可节约成本3.97元/t,年增加效益1191万元。
Theory analysis, actual measurement analysis, numerical simulation and analogy analysis were adopted to determine the reasonable face length decided by the mixed matching of two different types of hydraulic supports. Then the lengthened face were comprehensively ana- lyzed from several aspects such as supports arrangement form, equipment size matching, sur- rounding rock control, ventilation volume and technical and economic benefits. The research re- sults showed, the reasonable face length was 250 m; the supports arrangement form was that higher supporting intensity supports were set in the middle of the face, and the lower were set in the both ends; in the condition of straight coal wall and scraper conveyor, the distance between the front pillar sockets of two types of supports should be allowed to be 150 mm. Much more at- tentions should be paid on the surrounding rock control when the lengthened face was carried out, and the ventilation volume of lengthened face should be 4056.9 m^3/min. The cost would be reduced 3.97 yuan per ton, and the annual income would increase 11.91 million yuan.
