摘要
目的:观察艾灸治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机区组设计将62例患者分为两组各31例,对照组采用口服鼻炎康片及滴通鼻炎水治疗,观察组在对照组干预基础上增加艾灸治疗,不相关第三方评价疗效及处理数据。结果:观察组患者临床疗效及生活质量改善优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸对改善过敏性鼻炎患者生活质量具有明显作用,临床用于过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,艾灸对体内阳气的激发可能是对过敏性鼻炎产生疗效的关键。
Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion on clinical efficacy and life quality in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods： 62 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into 2 groups with a randomized block design, each group for 31 cases. The control group was orally received Biyankang tablets and Ditong Biyan water. In addition to the control group treatment, the test group was received moxibustion treatment. Uncorrelated third-party was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and analyze the data. Results： The clinical efficacy and life quality in the test group were superior to those in control group, with statistically differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion can obviously improve the life quality of patients with allergic rhinitis which has a good effect on patients with allergic rhinitis in clinic. Moxibustion can stimulate yang qi in the body which may play an important role in patients with allergic rhinitis, and the mechanism need a further study.
