摘要
目的研究平衡康复护理对小儿过敏性鼻炎患儿的疗效。方法选取我院于2019年收治的100例小儿过敏性鼻炎患儿。随机分为两组,对照组50例,采用常规护理,研究组50例,在常规护理的基础上采用平衡康复护理,对比两组患儿护理后的生活质量RQLQ评分及家长满意度。结果两组患儿护理后,研究组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对家长儿过敏性鼻炎患儿采用平衡康复护理,有利于改善患儿生活质量,并且提高护理满意度,从而促进疾病快速康复。此护理方法值得推广。
Objective To study curative effect of balanced rehabilitation nursing on children with allergic rhinitis.Methods We chose 100 cases of allergic rhinitis children in our hospital in 2019,divide them into two groups randomly,50 cases in control group,treated with routine nursing,and 50 cases in study group,with balanced rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compared life quality RQLQ scores and parent satisfaction degree between two groups after nursing.Results After nursing of two groups,life quality scores of study group were significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference,(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Balanced rehabilitation nursing can improve life quality of children with allergic rhinitis and increase nursing satisfaction degree of parents,thereby promote rapid recovery from the disease.
