摘要
实验研究了某造纸法烟草薄片生产中烟草原料(烟梗、烟末和碎烟片等)混合及分开制浆对造纸法烟草薄片品质的影响。实验结果表明,烟梗及烟叶分开制浆,烟草薄片抗张性能及灰分均有不同程度的提高,对所制卷烟产品的感官质量亦有所改善,浆料纤维的筛分组分分布与进口高档烟草薄片更趋一致。
The experiment studied the effect of mixed and separated tobacco stem and leaf solid component pulping on the quality of reconstituted tobacco produced by papermaking process. It was found that the tensile properties and ash content of reconstituted tobacco product increased in different degree when tobacco stem solid component and tobacco leaf solid component were pulping separately,and the sensory quality was improved,the fiber fractionation distribution was more similar to that of imported high-grade reconstituted tobacco.
