摘要
以阿玛蒂亚·森的"自由发展观为理论依托,基于"实质自由"和人的"可行能力"对新型城市化中"人的城市化"本质进行了解析。通过分析得出,城市化的发展归根到底是为了人的实质自由,同时,人的自由也是促进城市化进程的重要手段。最后,本文在分析"人的城市化"内涵基础上,选取"工具性自由"五种指标构建了"人的城市化"评价维度。
Taking the new development concept of Amartya Sen＇s ＂development freedom＂ as the theoretical support and based on the ＂substantive freedom＂ and people ＂feasibility ability＂ ideas,this paper analyzes ＂people＇s urbanization＂ in the new-type urbanization.It is found that the development of urbanization eventually is to achieve people＇s substantive freedom;meanwhile,people＇s freedom is also an important means of promoting urbanization process.Finally,based on the analysis of the connotation of the ＂people＇s urbanization＂,this paper selects five indicators of ＂instrumental freedom＂ to construct evaluation dimensions of ＂people＇s urbanization＂.
