摘要
目的 观察中医护理方案在慢阻肺疾病急性发作期应用时的临床效果.方法 对70例病人采取中医护理方案中的系列护理措施.结果 本组70例患者,经过中医护理方案一系列治疗护理措施的实施,所有患者的病情均得到有效控制,住院时间为9～22天,平均13.5天.结论 在慢阻肺疾病急性发作期应用中医护理方案,取得了较满意的护理效果并提高了患者的依从性.
Objective To observe the nursing project of TCM in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute episodeperiod clinical ef-fect. Methods Taking a series of measures in the scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in 70 patients. Results 70 patients in this group, after the implementation of nursing program of Chinese medicine in treating a range of nursing measures, all patients were effec-tively controlled and the hospitalization time is 9 ~22 days, 13.5 day averagely. Conclusion n the period of application of TCM nursing scheme of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute attack, achieved satisfactory effect and nursing to improve the compliance of pa-tients.TCM nursing plan.
