摘要
目的观察二陈汤对慢性支气管炎(简称慢支)大鼠模型肺功能及病理变化的影响。方法采用香烟烟雾加脂多糖(LPS)制备慢支大鼠模型,依据肺功能、病理变化评价慢支大鼠模型是否成功;大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、急支糖浆组、二陈汤低、中、高剂量组。正常组、模型组灌胃生理盐水(6 m L),急支糖浆组灌胃太极急支糖浆[12 g/(kg·d)],二陈汤治疗组分别灌胃[2.45、4.9、9.8 g/(kg·d)],连续14 d。观察二陈汤对慢支大鼠模型肺功能、病理变化的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、最大呼气中期流速(MMF)、用力呼气流量FEF25-75均显著降低(均P<0.01),模型组组织结构基本符合慢支病理特征。与模型组比较,二陈汤高、中剂量组FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,MMF和FEF25-75显著升高(均P<0.05),组织形态损伤较轻。结论二陈汤能改善肺组织结构,提高肺功能。
Objective To study the effect of Erchen decoction on lung function and pathological changes of chronic bronchitis model rats. Methods Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) smoke was used to set up chronic bronchitis rat model. The animals were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Erchen decoction group(7.75, 15.52, 31.04 g·kg-1·d-1). The Normal group and model group were given physiological saline(6 mL) by intragastric. The Jizhi syrup group was given 12 g/(kg·d), while other groups were given corresponding herbal drugs intragastrically(2.45,4.9,9.8 g/(kg·d)) for 14 days. The effect of Erchen decoction on lung function and pathology change in the rats of all groups before and after treatment was observed. Results The levels forced expiratory volume in 1 second( FEV1), forced vital capacity( FVC), FEV1/FVC, maximum midexpiratory flow( MMF) and forced expiratory flow(FEF) 25-75 of the model group were markedly decreased comparing with those in the normal control group( P〈0.05, or P〈0.01). The levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEF25-75, MEFV and PEF were markedly higher in the Erchen decoction group(4.9,9.8g·kg-1·d-1) than those in model group, lung tissue inflammation significantly reduced. Conclusion Erchen decoction can improve the lung tissue and the pulmonary function.
