摘要
目的研究分析环乳晕微切口治疗对男性乳腺发育症的临床效果,了解患者的舒适情况。方法 2009至2013年共有90例男性乳腺发育症患者来接受治疗,将其分成对照组和治疗组,治疗组使用环乳晕微切口手术,对照组使用开放手术。对两组患者的术后疼痛因舒适度进行对比分析。结果治疗组的术后疼痛8例、水肿3例,对照组疼痛21例、水肿10例,治疗组明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组患者的舒适度评分[(72.25±10.31)分]高于对照组[(58.84±12.28)分],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论环乳晕微切口对男性乳腺发育症患者的治疗效果比较好,相比传统开放手术,患者舒适度高,是非常值得推广使用术式。
Objective To study the micro incision of areola analysis ring the clinical effect for the treatment of gynecomastia, understanding the patient＇s comfort. Methods 2009 to 2013 a total of 90 cases of gynecomastia patients to receive treatment, divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group used circum areola micro incision operation, the control group using open operation. The two groups of patients with postoperative pain for comfort for comparative analysis.Results 3 cases of the treatment group of 8 cases of postoperative pain, edema, 21 cases of control group, pain, edema in 10 cases, the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; comfort score treated group （72.25±10.31） points higher than that in the control group （58.84±12.28）, there were significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ring micro incision of areola gynaecomastia patients better treatment effect, compared with the traditional open operation, patient comfort high, is a very worth popularizing operation.
