摘要
为探讨绵羊甘露聚糖结合凝集素(Mannose-binding lectin,MBL)对绵羊肺炎支原体抗性的研究,选取17只2月龄健康的中国美利奴羊,14只为试验组,3只为对照组。相同饲养条件下人工感染绵羊肺炎支原体,于攻毒前1周、攻毒后3周观察临床症状,并通过ELISA检测羔羊血清MBL水平,结果显示,试验组攻毒后不同个体MBL含量水平整体下降。宰杀后进行组织病理学评分,重度、中度、轻度病理变化的评分分别为18分以上、12分左右、9分左右,该评分结果与临床观察结果一致,可知攻毒前血清MBL水平越高评分越低。表明MBL对绵羊肺炎支原体有抗性。
The aim of this study was to analyze mannose-binding lectin resistance to Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae, we selected17 healthy Chinese Merino sheep as subjects. 3 of which were the control group.The 14 sheep as experimental group were artificial-ly infected Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae, the levels of MBL in serum were quantitatively assayed by ELISA in 1 week before infec-tion and 3 week after infection, respectively. The results showed that the MBL content of the experimental group dropped down as awhole and Iambs decreased resistance to infection. Histopathologic scores were oabtained after sacrificing lambs, the scores of se-vere, moderate, mild pathological changes separately were 18 points or more, about 12 points, about 8 points, which were consis-tant with clinical observations ,then we could know that the higher the levels of MBL in serum, the lower the scores. The resultsabove suggested MBL pathway played a certain role in sheep Mpcoplasma pneumonia.
