摘要
山药是营养价值很高的药食同源食品,具有增强免疫力、调整肠胃功能、降血糖、降血脂、抗衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤和增加血小板数量等功效,具有一定的开发价值。本研究主要阐述了山药的药理作用,综述了近年来国内外对山药产品的开发情况,同时展望了山药的发展前景。
Yam has a certain development value because they are rich of nutritional value and pharmacological effects, such as the function of immunity, adjusting intestines and stomach, falling blood sugar and blood fat, antiaging, resisting mutation, antitumor and to increase the number of platelets etc. This research mainly intended to summarize the pharmacological effects of yam, review the progress on developing yam and introduce the prospects for the development of the Chinese yam.
