摘要
采用地沟油制得的油酸钠、环烷酸钠为捕收剂来实现赤铁矿常温反浮选。测定了油酸钠和环烷酸钠混合溶液的表面张力及在其吸附前后石英表面接触角的变化情况。结果表明,当油酸钠与环烷酸钠的质量比为2∶3时,接触角最大;以油酸钠、环烷酸钠和Tween-80的混合物为捕收剂,在21~24℃下,对给矿品位为48.24%的赤铁矿进行一粗一精三扫闭路反浮选,可获得品位为68.30%、回收率为90.20%的赤铁矿精矿。
Sodium oleate( SO) recovered from swill-cooked dirty oil and sodium naphthenate( SN) were introduced to collect quartz from hematite by reverse flotation at room temperature. The surface tension of a mixed solution of SO and SN,and the surface contact angle of quartz before and after the reagent adsorption were measured. The results show that,the contact angle attains the climax with a SO / SN mass ratio of 2 ∶ 3,and when using a mixture of SO,SN and Tween-80 as the collector to float quartz from a hematite ore with a feed iron grade of 48. 24%,an iron concentrate with iron grade of 68. 30% at a recovery of 90. 20% can be obtained at 21 ~ 24 ℃ with a closed-circuit reverse flotation flowsheet containing one stage of roughing,three stages of scavenging and one stage of cleaning.
