摘要
目的探讨儿童白血病病房开办幼儿园的作用。方法病房内建立幼儿园,制订教学计划,安排教学内容,组织丰富多彩、形式多样的课堂和课后活动;对患儿和家长进行健康指导。对60例小儿白血病患儿采用特质应对方式问卷和儿童社交焦虑量表,分别在入院当日和出院时进行效果测评。结果出院与入院时相比,疗程结束时患儿积极应对评分显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而消极应对评分及社交焦虑评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开办病房幼儿园,可有效提高小儿白血病患儿的住院心理适应性。
Objective To explore the effects of establishment of kindergarten in leukemia pediatric wards.Methods A kindergarten was set up in the leukemia pediatric ward and the teaching plan was formulated. A variety of teaching contents,colorful activities and health education were arranged. Sixty children with leukemia were investigated using Trait Coping Style Questionnaire and Social Anxiety Scale for Children at admission and at discharge.Results Children's positive coping score at discharge was significantly higher than baseline(P〈 0.01),while the negative coping score and social anxiety score were significantly lower than baseline(P〈0.01). Conclusion The establishment of kindergarten in pediatric wards can improve the psychological adaptability of children with leukemia.
