摘要
[目的]分析主题引导式干预应用于PICC置管白血病化疗病人对其持续渗血防护效果和护理质量的影响。[方法]选取我院2015年4月—2016年3月接诊的58例行PICC置管的白血病化疗病人为对照组,实施传统护理;选我院在2016年4月—2017年3月接诊的60例行PICC置管的白血病化疗病人为研究组,在对照组传统护理基础上实施主题引导式干预。比较两组病人持续渗血发生例数、渗血严重程度,记录两组在干预后1个月末的护理专项质量。[结果]研究组持续渗血发生率低于对照组,渗血严重程度评分低于对照组,各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对于PICC置管的白血病化疗病人,在传统护理的基础上引入主题引导式干预,能改善置管后持续渗血防护效果,且能提高护理质量。
Objective： To analyze the effect of subject-directed intervention on the efficacy of continuous blood seepage protection and quality of care in PICC patients undergoing leukemia chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 58 patients with leukemia chemotherapy who were PICC catheters in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were named as the control group. Traditional nursing care was performed. In our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017, the 60 patients with leukemia chemotherapy who were PICC catheters were named as the study group. Subject directed intervention was performed on the basis of traditional care in the control group. The number of cases of continuous bleeding and the severity of bleeding were compared between the two groups. The nursing special quality of the two groups at the end of one month after intervention. Results：The incidence of continuous bleeding in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the severity of bleeding was lower than that in the control group. The scores of the quality of care were higher than those in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：For patients with leukemia chemo therapy who have PICC catheters,the introduction of subject directed interventions can improve the protective effect of continuous bleeding after catheterization and improve the quality of care.
