摘要
目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蔬菜中5种重金属含量的方法。方法样品经微波消解处理,用ICP-MS进行测定。结果硝酸浓度在1%~5%时对测定结果的影响较小,可以忽略。浓度低于20 mg/L的K、Na、Ca、Mg对各元素的测定结果无显著影响。在测定条件下,5种重金属在各自的线性范围内相关系数均〉0.999,铬和铜的检出限为0.02 mg/kg,铅的检出限为0.009 mg/kg,镍的检出限为0.005 mg/kg,镉的检出限为0.002 mg/kg;加标回收率为92.0%~112.2%;相对标准偏差为0.96%~5.6%。结论该方法样品处理简单、快速、检测准确、灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中多种重金属的测定。
Objective To establish the method for determination of 5 heavy metals in vegetables by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS) with microwave digestion. Methods The samples were treated with microwave digestion and determined by ICP- MS. Results The results were less influenced when the concentration of nitric acid was 1%- 5%,which can be ignored. There was no obvious influence when the concentration of K,Na,Ca,Mg were below 20 mg / L. Under the experiment conditions,the correlation coefficients of 5 heavy metals were all greater than 0. 999,the limits of detection( LODs) of Cr,Cu,Pb,Ni and Cd were respectively 0. 02 mg / kg,0. 02 mg / kg,0. 009 mg / kg,0. 005 mg / kg,and 0. 002 mg / kg; The standard recovery rates were 92. 0%- 112. 2%,the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were between 0. 96% and 5. 6%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive for the determination of 5 heavy metals in vegetables.
