Origin Analysis and Health Risk Assessment of Lycii Cortex Based on ICP-MS Combined with Chemometrics

摘要 目的:通过测定不同产地地骨皮中30个无机元素含量,研究无机元素与地骨皮产地的相关性,并评估地骨皮中5个重金属及有害元素的健康风险。方法:微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定20组(41批)样品中无机元素含量,并进行聚类分析、主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析,计算重金属及有害元素的内梅罗综合污染指数、每日最大耐受摄入量、靶标危害商值。结果:聚类分析、主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析显示不同省份(自治区)地骨皮可以较好地区分,其中8个元素是差异标志元素;以5个重金属及有害元素含量结合内梅罗综合污染指数、每日最大耐受摄入量、靶标危害商值为评估标准,陕西、山西、安徽地骨皮污染较严重,各产地地骨皮As、重金属总含量存在一定健康风险。结论:该研究为中药材产地分布与无机元素的相关性提供了依据,并为地骨皮的健康风险评估和质量评价体系建立提供参考。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between inorganic elements and the origin of Lycii Cortex and assess the health risks of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements by determining the contents of 30 inorganic elements in different areas of Lycii Cortex.Methods:The contents of inorganic elements in 20 groups(41 batches)of Lycii Cortex were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after using microwave to digest the samples.Cluster analysis,principal component analysis,partial least squares discriminant analysis methods were used to analyze the contents of all inorganic elements.The Nemerow comprehensive pollution index,estimated daily intake and target hazard quotients of heavy metals and harmful elements were calculated.Results:Cluster analysis,principal component analysis,partial least squares discriminant analysis showed that the Lycii Cortex samples from different provinces or antonomous regions could be distinguished well and 8 elements were marker elements.Based on the contents of five heavy metals and harmful elements combined with Nemerow comprehensive pollution index,estimated daily intake and target hazard quotients,the pollution of Lycii Cortex in Shaanxi,Shanxi and Anhui provinces was serious,and the content of As and total content of heavy metals in Lycii Cortex in all producing areas had certain health risks.Conclusion:This study provides a basis for the correlation between the distribution of origin of Chinese medicinal materials and inorganic elements,and provides a reference for the health risk assessment and quality evaluation system establishment of Lycii Cortex.
