摘要
中高职教育衔接直接影响职业教育的可持续性发展,课程体系是实现中高职衔接的有效载体。以城市轨道交通控制专业为例,通过调研轨道交通行业企业、相关中高职院校,厘清中高职两个层次的专业培养目标和人才规格;对职业能力和培养目标细化分类,形成层次化的中高职城市轨道交通控制专业职业能力培养体系;在此基础上,构建以职业能力为导向的城市轨道交通控制专业中高职衔接课程体系。
Connection Degree of secondary and higher vocational education directly influences the sustainable developmentof the occupation education, and curricula is the effective carrier of the connection. This paper, taking hecity rail transportation control program as an example, differs and refines the two talent training objectives and standardsof the two vocational types, developing hierarchical occupational ability education system for city track traffictraffic program, and on this basis to develop an occupation-ability-oriented connecting curricula for city rail transportationcontrol programs between secondary and higher vocational education system.
