摘要
当代大学生是青年群体的重要组成部分,是全面建成小康社会和实现"中国梦"的主力军,其择业状况直接关系到我国经济的发展和社会的稳定。马克思的青年择业观的基本内容主要包括择业态度需理性、选择职业需慎重、择业理想应高尚三个部分。当代我国青年尤其是大学生择业时应符合自身的价值追求,同时要做到自我价值和社会价值的统一。
College students,a significant component of the population of youngsters,are major contributors to the construction of an all-around moderately prosperous society and Chinese Dream,whose career choice is di-rectly related to our economic progress and social stability.Marxist values on youngsters’career choice include rational career attitude,discrete career choice,and noble career-choice ideals.When choosing their careers, contemporary youngsters,especially college students,should consider the consistency between pursuit of their own values and social values.
