摘要
马克思的早期著作《青年在选择职业时的考虑》指出了青年择业时应具有的正确态度,探讨了青年择业时必须认真考虑的各种因素,提出了青年择业的主要指针和基本原则,对当代大学生端正择业心态、转变择业观念、跨过就业槛和翻越就业高峰具有重要的现实意义,同时也对他们在以后的职业生涯中为祖国人民作出最大贡献和充分实现自我价值具有深远的指导意义。
In “Some Considerations on the Young's Profession-choosing”,Karl Marx put forward the correct attitude the young should take and researched into all elements when they were choosing their profession.In addition,he put forward some basic principles.His view-point not only benefits the contemporary undergraduates' attitude of profession-choosing,the changing of idea of profession-choosing,but also instructs the undergraduates to serve the people and country and to realize themselves values.
