水产品中多环芳烃的污染和健康风险评价模型研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 国内外许多水域的水产品已受到多环芳烃不同程度的污染,部分水域甚至远超标准限量。本文综述了国内长江及临近大陆的海区如渤海湾、台州湾、厦门湾、深圳大鹏湾等水域,以及法国、意大利、西班牙、巴西、韩国等国家水产品中多环芳烃的污染情况,对其污染水平及污染特征进行了分析比较,并对多环芳烃的人群暴露和健康风险评估模型研究应用现状进行了综述,指出了水产品中多环芳烃研究存在的问题,并提出建议。 Many aquatic organisms in different domestic waters have been polluted into various degrees by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons( PAHs),the pollution of some waters have even been far beyond the national standard limit. This paper introduced the pollution levels of PAHs in the aquatic products from domestic Yangtze River as well as sea areas that close to the land such as Bohai Bay,Taizhou Bay,Xiamen Bay,Shenzhen Dapeng Bay and foreign countries such as French,Italy,Spain,Brazil and South Korea. The pollution levels and characteristics of PAHs were analyzed and compared,the research and application progress of human exposure and health risk assessment model for PAHs were reviewed. Besides,this paper also pointed out the problems for the research of PAHs in aquatic products and made recommendations.
